| MISSION
Our goal is to reduce cost to our customers
for purchased electronic components and subcontract manufacturing.
We do this by sourcing these components and services directly from
the manufacturer.

| Components
Most board level components are manufactured
in Asia/ Pacific Rim countries. This is true even for components
supplied through large US based corporations that OEM connectors,
sockets, cables, etc.
Manufacturing these commodities in the US is
just not profitable. To reduce their costs, larger companies often
setup their own operations offshore or subcontract manufacturing.
Components produced this way are then imported and generally sold
through al least one level and often several levels of distribution.
Every time the product changes hands, the price to the final customer
increases.

| Pricing
Competitive pricing is not necessarily the best
price. Generally, the price of a product will be based on what the
market will bear. What the market will bear for large OEM components
can be even higher than market pricing, based on the belief that
quality and perfomance will be superior. Competitive forces will
dictate the acceptable level of profit margin, at each step of the
distribution process, to arrive at "what the market will bear".
This results in a nearly fixed priced for the customer. Pro-Sourcing
Technologies does just that. There is no distribution or non-manufacturing
OEM to add cost.

| Philosophy.
Our philosophy is simple: cut your purchasing
costs while maintaining or, if needed, improving quality standards.
Instead of bidding projects, we will work with your known costs,
targeting an average over several projects of at least 20% reduction.
We will not propose leass than a 10% reduction for any item.

| Process.
Customer:
- Targets Components to be cost reduced. Selects
the "Big Hitters" by product purchased or ranked by component
on the percent contribution to overall material cost.
- Assembles any product specifications, drawings,
quality standards and at least 5 samples of the current product
with any changes or current problems noted. Supplies a forecast
with estimated schedule of delivery requirements.
- Within about 2 to 3 weeks, depending on
the product, a formal quote with conforming product samples is
produced by Pro Sourcing technologies for review and qualification by
the customer.
- Once qualified, with any exceptions noted,
a PO is placed with Pro Sourcing Technologies with scheduled deliveries
dates.
Pro-Sourcing Technologies:
- Takes responsability for all vendor selection
and qualification to standards including ISO-9002, MIL, UL, etc
as stated in the product specifications.
- If required, will locate a second qualified
vendor.
- Pro Sourcing Technologies handles all schedules,
deliveries to the customer's door, invoicing, and all communications
with the manufacturer.
